Coordinator - Service (Italy)

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the coordination of all service, travel, transportation and maintenance scheduling activities in accordance with client requirements. The service coordinator is the primary point of contact for all aftersales customers and therefore crucial to the development and maintenance of client relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Act as a single point of contact for all after sales customer enquiries
•    Schedule all routine maintenance with client, and coordinate resource and equipment required for the task to be completed.
•    Log the call and information in order to facilitate identification of repeat issues in order to improve the proactive maintenance activities. 
•    Liaise with engineers and stores department to ensure all parts & equipment required for each particular job is available for the scheduled visit.
•    Booking engineers travel and accommodation across mainland Europe
•    Follow up with customers following service activities and document customer comments.
•    Assist with the generation, and ongoing development of departmental documentation such as service sheets, site spares lists etc. in line with the companies policy of continuous improvement.
•    Ensure that all clients are actively informed of work progression, as required, communicate with clients to build relationships, and ensure a quality of customer service 
•    Additional duties as assigned
 

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

•    Previous experience in administration and customer service
•    Proficient in MS Word & Excel, 
•    Experience with Concur & Ariba is not essential but preferable
•    High attention to detail
•    Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to communicate effectively via telephone or computer, so computer literacy is a vital asset.
•    Fluent in Italian and a good fluency in English and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
•    Additional languages advantageous but not essential
•    Experience in transport and accommodation booking and advantage
