POSITION SUMMARY

Project manage allocated own brand projects within the client’s annual plan from kick off to post launch review, via the Clients Stage and Gate process. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project manage the end to end critical path of projects via the Stage and Gate process. 
  • Attend all Stage and Gate meetings to project manage all action points with all stakeholders. 
  • Project manage the collation of supplier approval of critical paths after Supplier brief 
  • Communicates actions to the Agencies to ensure critical information is managed. 
  • Initiate and manages projects on client’s project management system, moving activities on and intervening to manage critical path and correct project information at all time. 
  • Negotiates new lead times with all stakeholders and manages catch up plan. 
  • Manages the weekly Design Brief Clinic at a project management level. 
  • Engages with Administrative Assistant to organise all Stage and Gate meetings with key stakeholders. 
  • Manages a regular report to the Project Account Manager for project status and potential escalation 
  • Responsible for maintaining the client system to ensure all projects are scheduled correctly until in store launch, ensuring that all design agencies are briefed on time. 
  • Weekly catch up meetings with Equator Account Management to review project timings and manage issues. 
  • Engage the Artwork Co-ordinators to manage all project and sku detail on myArtwork 

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Proven Project Management experience 

Client focused 

Experienced in formal business workflows 

Confident, tactful and persuasive manner, diplomatic and collaborative 

Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines 

Excellent organisation and time management skills. 

Solution focused and able to think on feet 

Works well at all levels within the team 

Experience in packaging and retail businesses preferred
