Account Manager

We are SGK Istanbul, one of 68 agencies in a global network of brand experience agencies specializing in brand design, brand experiences and packaging design. Our portfolio includes some of Turkey's largest confectionery and dairy producers and respected global brands.

We are looking for an Account Manager (Client Services) to join our team to look after our brands and deliver value to all our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Prepare compelling presentations, quotes and reports for clients.
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and clear briefs.
• Attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action points.
• Provide support on a variety of projects, from brand creation to packaging design, shopper marketing activities and content marketing distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects align with client objectives and brand strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client management, ideally in a global agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing and branding terminology.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellence in English.
