This Brand Experience Client Lead is an on-site position at AB InBev’s regional headquarters in St. Louis, MO, and will be responsible for helping to drive innovation into the marketplace. They will serve as an experienced planning, thought, and execution partner to Brand Innovation Marketers and partners, with our client, AB InBev and internal SGK teams. The person will lead the strategic creation, development, activation, and deployment of ideas and marketing solutions.


As a primary point of contact, this role represents the SGK organization and requires high energy, an entrepreneurial approach to business, the ability to be collaborative, easily navigate complicated initiatives, and quickly become someone asked for by name.



  • Acts as a strategic partner and inspirational leader to internal and external Brand stakeholders, through integrated marketing, consumer experience and product launch communications specialist
  • Builds and ensures effective, trusted relationships with client and key agency players within the brand ecosystem
  • Develops expertise in the Client's brands / categories, gains visibility to marketing programming including the monitoring and measuring of results to inform recommendations and decisions
  • Main day-to-day contact for Client sponsor:  manages up, brings a self-starter, proactive approach, is agile, and ensures timely, thoughtful responses, maintains status and follows up / through
  • Partners on strategy, Creative Brief and overall direction and brings creativity in identifying and participating in the development and implementation of new solutions
  • Understands current and emerging market trends and technologies and leverages that knowledge to generate specific plans that achieve objectives
  • In partnership with Project Management partner, coordinates client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including proposal and estimate creation, presentations, etc.
  • Advises the broader project team to help develop creative and campaigns, ensuring on time and on budget
  • Ensures billing is accurate and meets forecasted numbers
  • Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt approach, processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficacy, accuracy, speed, quality, etc. 
  • Additional duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive Account Management / Account Services or Marketing Management  experience in a Creative Design Agency, Innovation group, Brand Team, or equivalent combination of education and experience managing marketing efforts
  • A passion for creating engaging experiences
  • CPG, product marketing, promotion, shopper, experience planning, and beer, wine, and spirits category experience desired
  • Demonstrated success working within a global brand and a track record of idea generation and refinement
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Solid understanding and application of all integrated marketing tactics (communication, website, and all digital tactics)
  • Outgoing, seeks a fun working environment and thrives in social settings
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required in the future. 
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
