POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead SAP Security Analyst is responsible for ensuring problem resolution and support for the SAP systems to the user departments throughout the global MATW enterprise. Responsible for overseeing the operations of security for applications across the organization. Ensures that all changes made to security align with the direction of leadership.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Introduces industry relevant best practices & acts as trusted advisor to executive team regarding enterprise value improvement opportunities.
• Maintains knowledge and understanding of upkeep/enhancement requirements and design changes to the existing solution.
• Coordinates with various departments and roles to assure that all security changes fit within the overall direction of leadership from both a functional, technical, compliance, & support perspective.
• Provides status reports and updates to Service Line Leader/Director so that timely information can be incorporated into Business Steering Committees.
• Manages and reviews the transports through the various environments, ensuring IT controls environment integrity.
• Directs the efforts of a global services delivery that leverages long term growth for the company.
• Performs analysis and develops new roles to support functional business system implementations through interface with user departments utilizing standard system analysis design techniques.
• Configures the security solution, when needed, documents the global process template; maintains data standards necessary to facilitate enabled process effectiveness.
• Oversees the operations of security applications which includes ensuring reliable, secure operations and troubleshooting and performing problem resolution to minimize system performance issues and outages.
• Ensures that security changes are appropriately documented, tested and reviewed and occur in agreed change control windows with appropriate monitoring.
• Utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value.
• Ensures the security of the business’ confidential and proprietary information and materials.
• Additional duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
• 8+ years progressive business systems experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or professional services industries preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment with personnel located internationally and of diverse cultural backgrounds.
• SAP Basis knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
• General knowledge of SAP ECC, BW/BObj, BPC, Process Orchestration, SuccessFactors, Concur and SAP overall technology landscape.
