Lead Analyst- Order To Cash

We are currently seeking a Lead Analyst – Order To Cash.  Our O2C Lead Analyst will collect, analyze, generate reports and interpret commercial & working capital performance figures for use by management for working capital management, performance improvement programs, and cash optimization initiatives.  This position is responsible for performing periodic analyses of sales & cash receipts, A/R aging performance & providing insights to potential optimization opportunities, and conducting other ad hoc analyses for commercial & financial leadership.

  • Reviewing and conducting analysis on report outputs, identifying additional opportunities for savings, and identifying non-compliance with Order To Cash and commercial policies & strategies.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives as necessary for O2C (Order To Cash) processes.
  • Developing implementation and training plans and supporting change management initiatives.
  • Designing, developing and maintaining reports and analytical tools.

Do You Have Experience With:

  • Determining where gaps in master data exist and help create a plan to cleanse and improve master data
  • Managing accuracy and completeness of account analysis in BI analytics tool; coordinate with other commercial groups regarding reporting and accuracy.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and supporting the development of business cases for Order To Cash process improvement opportunities
  • Compiling data in support of commercial executives’ needs including providing information for sales effectiveness initiatives.
  • Maintaining updates on account performance, financial condition and other related items.
  • Trains go-to-market & financial management professionals in KPI self-service.
  • Translating non-technical business requirements into technical specifications for BI system enhancements.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Engineering or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
  • 5+ years Order To Cash (O2C) experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in business analysis, market research, financial analysis, market analysis, analytics (multi-dimensional analysis, working capital analysis, reserve analysis, master data management, predictive analysis, visualization)
  • Commercial Management domain experience (sales, sales support, marketing support, account management, revenue control, A/R, collections, credit management)
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present in a meaningful manner, making appropriate recommendations and driving actions (e.g., data validity, DSO variance analysis, Cash Flow analysis DSO, Payment Delinquency, Reserves and all related trend analysis)
  • A high degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications; Advanced Microsoft Excel and database manipulation skills, SAP BI tools
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
