Talent Acquisition Consultant

The TA Consultant will be responsible for delivering quality hires to the business segments using creative sourcing methods to source both active and passive candidates. This person will work directly with the Sr TA Consultant and hiring managers to facilitate the talent acquisition process. She or he will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing a diverse slate of candidates for entry level roles, while ensuring a consistent and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. 


  • Collaborates with the Sr TA Consultant(s) to develop and maintain a network or contacts and pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Schedules and conducts intake meetings with management and Sr TA Consultant to confirm the requirements for routine, low-complexity roles, including identifying job duties, qualifications and skills, and potential sourcing strategies.
  • Assists the Sr TA Consultant with sourcing and screening activities.
  • Debriefs with Sr TA Consultant and hiring managers through the selection process and provide recommendations.  Extends offer and facilitates negotiation process for routine hires. 
  • Attends career fairs and hiring events targeting high volume, routine, and/or entry level roles.
  • Partners with Sr TA Consultant and business leaders and operations managers to determine attraction and retention priorities and issues. 
  • Regularly runs requisition reports and distributes to Sr TA Consultant, local HR and/or hiring managers.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years progressive recruiting experience.
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • Strong, prioritizing, interpersonal, presentation, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with management, peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.


  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.  
  • Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
