I have known Saueressig since my apprenticeship and have now been working for the company for over 40 years. As a trainer in our engineering department, I am particularly happy about the achievements of our trainees – seeing how they develop during and after their apprenticeships makes me proud. At Saueressig, we are constantly investing in new machines - working on them is especially fun!

I did my apprenticeship as a technical product designer at Olbrich and have been working in the design department in the field of winding technology ever since. What I find particularly exciting about my job is designing machines in 3D and then seeing the finished, rotating systems in assembly or at the customer's site. I also particularly enjoy solving problems in close cooperation with my colleagues from all locations.
