POSITION SUMMARY
We are in search of experienced Concrete Carpentry professionals that want stability, respectable compensation, permanent work, and FULL BENEFITS from Day 1!
This role requires at least 1 year of previous Concrete Form Building experience. The Concrete Form Setter works with the site foreman to receive day-to-day assignments. In this role, you will perform trade skills associated with concrete form setting, concrete finishing, rebar installation, and dirt work. You will assist the foreman to verify work is in compliance with building blueprints and transfer from one task to another as necessary and has a strong focus on quality and safety.
Pay rates start at $18 - $24/hr plus overtime! Job projects last from 6 months - 12 months, must be flexible to travel. Per diem included.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as point-of-contact to initiate jobs with clients.
- Performs site surveys.
- Inspects and assesses equipment and materials moving to and from work site.
- Assists in direction of construction staff in the day-to-day duties of the operation.
- Ensures federal, state, and local regulations are satisfied.
- Coordinates projects with subcontractors.
- Closes out projects.
- Performs construction labor duties as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of previous construction experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to travel, job locations are across Eastern seaboard.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- The noise level in the work environment may be high.
