POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable 3rd Shift, Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Pennsauken, NJ Service Center.
Matthews International is a world wide leader in casket manufacturing, providing the highest quality wood, metal and cremation caskets, as well as urns, memorial jewelry and other products to our funeral home customers. This position will be responsible for unloading and loading new caskets onto and off our vehicles. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparations for deliveries and providing valuable support in diverse warehouse activities.

This is an overnight, 3rd shift position. 11:30pm - 8am, Monday - Friday (off friday morning, no weekends).
Our Warehouse Associates can expect to work 40+ hours a week. This position will have a starting hourly pay rate of $19-hourly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be loading and unloading caskets and other memorialization products from our various production facilities.
- Preparing products for delivery and unloading products to be stored in our warehouse.
- Scanning products, pulling correct orders and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- 1+ years of previous warehouse experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work 8+ hour shifts being on your feet, walking, pushing, pulling products.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

• Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• The noise level in the work environment may be high.
