POSITION SUMMARY

Greetings, charming and bright digital account leader with agency or client-side experience.

 

We need your strategic thinking and enthusiasm to serve the daily needs of clients in a pressure cooker while simultaneously building our business.

 

You are both a doer and a builder. On behalf of our clients, you will connect digital and physical content creation, production and management to simplify marketing ecosystems and amplify authentic, enriching experiences between brand and consumer.

 

You will lead the creation of content and assets for our client's digital shelf with their ecommerce retailers:

  • Manage account resources and partner with copy and design teams to develop best-in-class product detail pages, including imagery, video, A+ content and search optimized copy
  • Work with client marketing, design, and ecommerce teams to tell cohesive brand and product stories that drive conversion
  • Develop and foster client relationships, acting as a strategic partner who provides thought leadership, insights and perspectives that support client initiatives 
  • Identify client growth opportunities in partnership with SGK SMEs and assist in oversight of eCommerce strategies, including creative optimizations, shopper journey strategy, and budget management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend client meetings regarding production processes, capacity, timelines, etc. as needed.
  • Coordinates client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including estimate creation, selection of appropriate projects and sub-projects, assignment of resources, monitoring of project progress, and generation of the client/project invoice.
  • Translates client requests and requirements into detailed and technical instructions for production teams.
  • Partners with the client, Client Growth, and project teams to resolve identified project issues and ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables.
  • Ensures accurate and timely invoices are generated by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence, including change orders and rework, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Initiates new data item requests utilizing the Master Data Management (MDM) process and guidelines to ensure accurate client, project, and financial details are available in the system.
  • Partners with Client Integration and Client Growth to ensure a smooth transition for new clients; attends pre-integration and planning meetings as needed.
  • Participates in, and sometimes leads, cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Handles and responds to inquiries from clients and/or anyone acting on behalf of the client regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information.
  • Utilizes systems and databases to enter client information and or retrieve information as needed and verifies all client information is current in the database.
  • Assists in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
  • 5+ years of previous project coordination experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
