POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Client Services Associate Project Manager manages small-scale client projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with timing, cost, and quality targets. This role translates client needs into actionable plans, oversees execution, and coordinates with internal teams to maintain project momentum. Additionally, it manages client relationships, resolves issues, and ensures industry standards are met. The position may also support larger projects alongside senior team members.  This full-time, hybrid role works two to three days per week onsite at our operations facility located in East Butler, PA.  Click "Apply Now" for immediate consideration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•  Manages client-specific projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations, on-time delivery, and accurate invoicing.
•  Translates client requests into detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
•  Collaborates with internal teams to assess feasibility, allocate resources, and drive successful execution.
•  Communicates project status, resolves issues, and mitigates risks by providing solutions that balance cost, time constraints, and quality standards.
•  Maintains accurate project documentation, including change orders and rework, to ensure proper invoicing and financial tracking.
•  Assists with workflow management, process improvements, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
•  Participates in cross-functional initiatives to optimize policies, processes, and overall project execution.
•  Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics, Business, Management or related field.
•    2+ years of previous project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
•    High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
•    Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills. 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
•    Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
•    Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
•    Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
•    Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
•    Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
