POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking a Graphics Coordinator to join our team specializing in metal deco printing — a distinctive process where creative design intersects with precision engineering. Unlike traditional flat-surface printing, deco printing is performed directly on pre-formed cylindrical cans. This requires an expert eye for detail and a strong understanding of color trapping to ensure crisp, vibrant results every time. In this role, the Graphics Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality, visually compelling outcomes that meet exact specifications. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with co-workers and customers in creating high quality direct print pilot can proofs.
- Prepares orders for print reproduction according to instructions of client or supervisor.
- Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer.
- Creates proofs and sends to customers using shipping tools.
- Maintains all equipment including computers, plotters, and printers.
- Helps unload raw materials and cleans and maintains storage areas.
- Assists in the production area as needed.
- Loads materials on/into printer and/or laminator.
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts or related field
- 4+ years of previous graphic design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.

- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
