POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr Digital Imaging Assets organizes and maintains client’s digital branding image assets. This role collects all digital branding graphics, images, texts, and product information pertaining to a specific client and project; and organizes and archives all digital files for future use and reference, utilizing database management systems and adhering to established workflow processes. This is a fully remote position. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attends client meetings (e.g. pre-production) and interacts with clients directly as necessary.
  • Ensures high quality standards in all Production client deliverables from the digital library.
  • Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely cataloging, maintenance, archival, and retrieval of electronic files within the overall digital asset workflow, working closely with Brand Deployment and Brand Development colleagues and Production, as well as with Client Growth.
  • Develops and maintains effective business relationship with off-site archive vendor (external) and Client Growth (internal).
  • Participates in developing, maintaining and continuously improving the digital asset workflow.
  • Ensures client project team has most current information about the status of the assigned project(s) by logging and maintaining in project tracking system accurate records of:
    • Project plan (sub-project or task) information
    • Time dedicated to specific project(s)
    • Quality issues
  • Meets quality standards consistently for all assigned deliverables.
  • Supports Company’s profitability efforts by focusing on ensuring accurate version control and secure handling of client digital branding image files.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts or related field
  • 6+ years of previous digital imaging experience preferred
  • Experienced in multiple digital asset types and formats for graphics, photography and document files.
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook, Apple Mac equipment, Adobe Design Suite, Acrobat & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.  
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate.
