POSITION SUMMARY
To own the implementation activities required to create and maintain a compliant and controlled electronic PPM (Printed Packaging Materials) artwork change management system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
• Manage, monitor and update PPM assets in the digital library, documenting all reviews
• Manage, monitor and update PPM attributes, documenting all reviews
• Add/ inactivate PPM assets following process
• Perform and document periodic reviews on artworks and their attributes
• Operate in partnership with Elanco LCM to create/ modify workflow templates as required by the business, by implementing and testing the proposed changes through the change control process and SGK SOPs
• Perform user acceptance testing tasks for software upgrades
• Perform self-inspections and system audits
• Perform user training. Create, modify and audit user accounts, access permissions and security
• Engagement in continuous improvement activities of the Cybrarian process
• Working as part of the Code Help function, responsible for the allocation and confirmation of Customer GTIN / Barcodes
• Some team members will have responsibility for coded SGK/ Elanco forms, promo web and code help tasks
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
n addition, the Cybrarian will also be expected to:
• Ability to learn and navigate other industry specific software
• Strong IT skills (in particular Word, Excel, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat)
• Strong working knowledge of GMP guidelines
• Be able to project manage and act on their own initiative to solve problems and resolve queries
• Be a team player, highly motivated and driven to deliver the highest standard of customer service
• Be a strong communicator, both verbal and written skills and have a positive approach
• Have good organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
• Be detail driven in a highly regulated and procedure-based environment
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Contribute to improving the process and introduce efficiencies
• Have the ability/ willingness to travel to clients on occasions
