ROLE:

The role of the Associate, Consulting is to support consulting projects, and deliver against the businesses Go-To-Market strategy. This 
role will be responsible for supporting marketing ecosystem consulting projects aimed at closing gaps in our products and services and 
delivering solutions to meet the unique client needs. The role is highly collaborative and works in synergy with various internal partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports project and functional leadership in the delivery of tailored solutions that meet clients’ objectives and expectations 
aimed at maximizing retention and growing market share.
• Supports consulting projects and relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Supports cross-functional teams to gather, analyse and interpret complex and sometimes contradictory data. Utilize data to 
solve problems and formulate recommendations for customer centric solutions. Non-complex analysis and with established 
methods and procedures.
• Supports the development of and maintains product toolkits and dashboards in collaboration with regional and global 
Marketing Leadership teams.
• Actively works to understand the needs of unique audiences and utilizes various means to effectively deliver communications 
tailored to different levels. 
• Serves as project support in onboarding of new, highly complex client business within the regional and global service portfolio.
• Supports and executes against the developed plan, ensure work and deliverables are done well, develop skill set.
• Additional duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
• New university graduate; may have +1 years’ experience.
• Routine travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• Developing knowledge and understanding of communication skills, budget/project management, mathematical concepts, 
analytics/problem solving ability, relationship building, and ability to influence.
• Developing understanding of all aspects of profession and of detailed operations.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications and other applicable management tools
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
