POSITION SUMMARY
This Onsite Services Manager oversees a team of Onsite Employees and ensures projects remain on schedule and on budget; adjusts schedules and resourcing as needed. This position resolves the most complex situations using strong people skills, technical expertise and a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. The Onsite Services Manager maintains client relationships by ensuring the delivery of high quality services and solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the second-level or third-level contact on current projects for client and Client Growth teams; ensures response to all inquiries.
- Attends client meetings as needed; serves as a Subject Matter Expert regarding project processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
- Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables.
- Manages a team of Onsite Employees working on client-specific projects.
- Leads cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.

- Partners with project teams to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and maintained.
- Partners with the client and project teams to resolve identified project process issues.
- Partners with Client Integration and Client Growth to ensure a smooth transition for new clients; attend pre-integration and planning meetings as needed.
- Assists with the translation of client requests and requirements into detailed, and sometimes technical, instructions for project teams.
- Conducts random audits of project details and supporting evidence on a regular basis to ensure accurate and timely invoices are generated by the Project Coordinators.
- Assists with the escalation of new data item requests utilizing the Master Data Management (MDM) process and guidelines as needed.
- Provides specific, objective feedback to direct reports through written performance reviews as part of the Global Performance Management program.
- Creates strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborates across the Company.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Graphic Design or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience managing project coordination teams required, preferably within a print, pre-press or graphics manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Routine travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
