POSITION SUMMARY

Working to support a busy artwork studio, the primary focus of the role will be the management and facilitation of projects within the studio by means of an online approval system. You will be the first point of contact for the studio team members. Using a variety of communication tools, you will be required to ensure a smooth flow of work through the studio, from creation to final release. Accuracy of information, confidentiality and timescales are of paramount importance in dealing with all process stakeholders. The ultimate account objective is to deliver a quality service and product on time, every time.

You will work closely with Project Planners, PPM Coordinators and Studio Coordinators globally to ensure continuity of service through periods of holiday, absence and training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Adhering to GMP standards at all times

• Communicate effectively to relevant client contacts (Regulatory/LCM/Packaging Engineers/PPMDQ, etc.)

• Prepare artwork creation instructions for production process and maintain visibility through release

• Uploading relevant documentation within the online approval system

• Creation of jobs on the internal production portal

• Engage in operational meetings

• Proactively identify client requirements and expectations to ease production process through the studio

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage critical paths and timings; follow-up any late actions

• In conjunction with management, assist with internal/ external audits, customer complaint investigations and continuous improvement activities

• Travel is an essential part of the PPM function and will be planned in coordination with management and business needs

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition, the Studio Coordinator will also be expected to:

• There is a substantial administrative element to the role which will include general administrative tasks. On the job training will be provided for the online approval system.

• Have excellent Microsoft Office and workflow management skills

• Be able to project manage and act on their own initiative to solve problems and resolve queries

• Be a team player, highly motivated and driven to deliver the highest standard of customer service

• Be a strong communicator, both verbal and written skills and have a positive approach

• Have good organisational, prioritisation and planning skills

• Be detail driven in a highly regulated and procedure-based environment
