POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Media Analyst that can help our internal team, and our clients understand the impact of digital content and social media on consumer behavior. We’re looking for someone that can uncover insights from various digital media platforms and transform them into actionable strategies. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' digital strategies by analyzing the performance of campaigns, content, and customer journeys across diverse digital media channels and social platforms.
This global role reports directly to the VP of Digital Development (AMER) and supports teams and clients worldwide, managing analytics projects, reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to drive growth and engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital content performance across campaigns and channels, focusing on key KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Serve as a global resource, handling day-to-day reporting and ad-hoc analytics for both internal teams and clients across different regions
- Enhance the broader understanding of the digital customer journey via analysis of digital activity, content performance and engagement behavior
- Evaluate and recommend analytics tools to improve the measurement of content and campaign performance.
- Identify measurement gaps in the digital analytics program and implement solutions using advanced analytics tools and reporting techniques
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business development teams to respond to RFPs, create case studies, and expand service offerings
- Extract and synthesize complex data from multiple sources, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and clients
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital media, social platforms, and analytics to continually refine our approach.
- Contribute to the culture of the organization through an engaged, curious and solution-oriented spirit and a passion for delivering great experiences to one another, our clients, and their consumers

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or tech school required
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on digital media, digital marketing, social media, integrated marketing, and content planning
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Deep understanding of the digital media, digital marketing and social media landscape, including user behavior, measurement techniques, and content trends
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and sales/business development, to support RFPs and develop case studies
- Strong ability to pull and analyze complex data from various sources, deriving key insights for diverse audiences including internal stakeholders and clients
- Demonstrated ability to understand the impact of digital and social platforms on brand narratives
- Expertise in industry best practices and a proactive approach to incorporating new techniques and tools into digital analytics strategies
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
