POSITION SUMMARY

Due to internal promotions, we are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our passionate HR team to support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role can be based in our Manchester, Bury or Newcastle studio, and you will be required to work 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Act as a first point of contact for all HR queries, offering friendly and helpful support to colleagues.

· Undertaking HR related admin tasks, including updating of our HRIS (SuccessFactors), drafting letters, note taking, completing reference requests and resignation acknowledgments

· Assist with onboarding new starters, ensuring they feel supported and part of the team from day one.

· Generating HR & Payroll based reports from our HRIS.

· Maintaining HR & employee records and files to ensure they are up to date

· Work collaboratively within the wider HR team and support with additional activity and/or project input as appropriate

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

· Knowledge of HRIS systems or experience of working within a process driven role

· A natural communicator who’s approachable, empathetic, and great at building relationships.

· Excellent IT capabilities MS office (Particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)

· A high degree of attention to detail

· A friendly, customer service focused approach, confident in speaking to colleagues of all levels across the business.

· Excellent organisation skills and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to HR Administration would be an advantage but is not required.

· A good understanding of GDPR and working in a team environment where personal data is kept confidential, protected and secure.
