HR Operation Executive

Providing full spectrum of HR administration, Coordination and Support for regional offices:

  • Handling employees grievances, queries and relations
  • Full cycle of employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Conducting staff orientations
  • Maintaining personnel files which include data entry into HR Systems (SAP-SuccessFactors);
  • Preparation of HR reports using MS Excel
  • Payroll Processing and Verifications including CPF submission and Tax returns
  • Support in implementing HR initiatives
  • Coordinate performance management
  • Provide accurate and prompt delivery of all other operations & transactional HR services
  • Maintenance of intranet location websites
  • Compile and collate monthly HR statistics & analytics reports for management review
  • Facilitate positive employee relations practice



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business or Human Resource Management
  • 2 to 4 years' of HR Operation experience; hands-on payroll exposure is a must.
  • Prior experience in preparation of various HR reports
  • Preferably strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Regional HR operation experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of local employment law and taxation requirements
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel (vlookup and pivot table exposure advantageous) and Powerpoint
  • Prior working experience with HRIS
