The SGK Coca-Cola team is seeking an Regional Account Director to lead our Africa markets.

This is a great opportunity to join an established team and to truly influence and shape the operational & strategic direction of the Coca-Cola account as well as the SGK business.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships, as well as significant experience in leading and developing high performing teams.


This role requires a professional, motivated, and confident individual, who has the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and demanding environment and is comfortable operating at all levels.

This person will have the gravitas, energy, and drive to deliver both the Coca-Cola and SGK business objectives, coupled with strong influencing and nurturing skills that inspire others to do the same.


  • Developing client relationships based on partnership by demonstrating a robust understanding of their business, their issues, and their motivations
  • Building and maintaining strong networks and working relationships with internal teams to ensure successful delivery ofall projects
  • Accountability for the overall service delivery in the eyes of the client, ensuring we deliver our promises and meet, if not exceed expectations.
  • Lead, nurture and develop the Africa Project Manager team focusing on excellence in client service, role knowledge, communication, and project management skills.
  • Developing comprehensive strategic account plans with key initiatives that deliver client intimacy and growth
  • Setting key targets for service, delivery, and continuous improvement, with regular measurement, analysis, and reporting
  • of performance against these targets.
  • Disciplined ownership of account reporting/communications within the overall supply chain.
  • Activity and revenue management and forecasting
  • Developing and maintaining a full understanding of the SGK business offering/proposition, and be able to pitch and promote when appropriate
