POSITION SUMMARY
12 month Fixed Term Contract
To lead the day-to-day management of one of the agency’s key client relationships, driving and delivering projects.
Scope of role
London based with 2 days in the office, 3 WFH policy currently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Manager position will involve taking client briefs, chasing assets and elements and working with the SGK creative and production teams to expedite these through the approved process in an appropriate and timely manner, to ensure client satisfaction. The role will be supported the Account Director in relationship building and strategic account planning, but the Account Manager is expected to be the first point of contact and main relationship holder for a number of brand managers.
Key tasks overview
- Chasing and driving client briefs, timing plans and any related client service responsibilities (contact reports, status reports etc.)
- Manage client project tracking, reporting up to the AD on all current workstreams and future pipeline.
- Follow processes with the creative, scheduling and production teams to maximise operational efficiencies without compromising quality.
- Be able to engage with technical stakeholders and approval systems as needed for project delivery.
