We’re looking for a Creative Project Coordinator with a quest for perfection, to help manage our client's design and artwork approval process. We'd like to find someone with excellent communication skills who’s just as keen to work on the little touches, as they are to juggle spinning plates.


·      Managing our packaging process from design kick off through to print approval.

·      Working closely with our creative, marketing, technical, and supply planning teams

·      Working with our suppliers, including artwork agencies, regulatory bodies, printers and freelancers

·      Being the key representative for regions packaging requests and project comms

·      Being an ambassador for the creative team


This role requires 1 day a week in London and can be home based the rest of the week. This is an 18 months fixed term contract. 

What you’ll be working on:

·      Packaging and product shots for all current products and new product development

·      Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders

·      Improving internal processes


You'll have: 

To apply for this role, you’ll need to be extremely organised and have the ability to juggle shifting and tight deadlines within a pressurised environment. Being reactive to regional requests and responsive to project comms. Being responsible for what goes to print, you’ll also need a keen eye for detail and be able to show a sound understanding of the brand and have a passion for perfection. The team is fast moving, so being assertive, proactive and spotting the opportunities to help and improve things are also vital. Experience managing the creative/artwork approval process, working alongside designers and printers, attending press passes or working with digital asset management systems, will also help tip the scales in your favour.

·       Experience in a similar role

·       Experience managing processes within a similar organisation

·       The ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously

·       Acute attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately

·       Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
