POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join the brand solutions team.
We are currently in an exciting period of growth, and we are looking for someone who can work support us across a number of clients crafting beautiful executions across presentation decks and a range of other (digital) deliverables and channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You are a designer with a love for good design. You make jobs your own, and create the best possible design solutions, on brand and on brief, but beyond expectations.
You are great at presentation decks and know how to make cluttered information clear, make dull pages shine and turn chaos into order and consistency.
You know how to use design to tell the story of the brand or campaign, making sure viewers effortlessly notice what they need to and do what we want them to do.
Youhave a love for digital, from emails to banners, social, influencers, websites, AR/VR and more. You might not have worked on all of them, but you have an interest and have dipped your toe into the water.
You have a positive mindset, no brief is too small to create great work and are confident in relevant software packages like PowerPoint and Google slides and have some experience with Figma, web flow or similar software.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Experience as a designer

Experience working in a creative agency

Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail

Good understanding of relevant software (PowerPoint, Google slides, Figma)

Having experience with Webflow would be a plus, but not essential

Collaboration, working closely with other team members

Good communication, asking questions to make sure you know all you need to know about a projects, explaining what you need from others or raising flags when things don’t go as planned.
