Developing powerful ideas that set the direction for our clients’ brands and provide the vision for our creative TTL and BTL solutions. An integrated role but with a digital first approach, you will propose campaign plans for a range of European markets and sectors from FMCG to Finance, to emerging Tech. You will be able to create big ideas as well as execute with an eye for detail. Experience of, and a strong interest in, branding and creative campaigns in the FMCG space is necessary; B2B communications experience is a bonus.


Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and wider Design and Client Service teams on all client briefs, you will use your strong storytelling skills and endless curiosity to uncover unique insights and propose powerful propositions for campaigns and comms. 


Actively being the expert in what makes consumers tick, you are adept in preparing and hosting workshop and stakeholder interviews as well as maintaining detailed awareness of market trends and marketing developments. 


  • Conducting extensive research (qualitative, interviews, desktop) and digesting findings into relevant, actionable insights
  • Solving client brand challenges, from brand identity, journey and portfolio mapping to NPD launches and BTL solutions 
  • Leading in the strategic development of campaign, content and BTL marketing comms responses for clients in the FMCG, Finance and Tech space
  • Translate insights into clear and engaging briefs and propositions
  • Lead on the response to the brief, creating client presentations and analysis documents
  • Work alongside creative teams and copywriters to execute concepts on brief
  • Collaborating with other SGK offices (Germany, Paris, USA, Japan, Australia) to bring local market insights to the fore 
  • Supporting new business teams on proposals 


Candidate Requirements

We’re on the hunt for an experienced, confident, and driven Senior Digital/Creative Strategist (or Strategist ready for a step up) with 5+ years in an integrated or digital agency role, who is ready for an opportunity to excel in making this role their own.


Candidate profile

Must haves

  • A love for brands, creative ideas and integrated communications across all channels, including digital, in store and new technologies 
  • Experience leading clients strategically in the FMCG, Finance and B2B sectors
  • Strong agency experience; working on integrated, brand and digital strategies, executing omni-channel campaigns 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and persuasion skills
  • Brand and comms planning experience
  • Effective time management and project management of strategy deliverables
  • Team player and collaborative approach, taking creatives and clients on the journey with you

Nice to haves

  • Executed influencer campaigns from sourcing and negotiating to briefing 
  • A solid grasp of paid and organic social media campaigns and managing paid activity
  • An appreciation of analytics and the ability to discover insights from data analysis
  • Qualitative and quantitative research skills
