POSITION SUMMARY

Greetings, charming and bright digital account aficionado with agency or client-side experience.

 

We need your remarkable ability to serve the daily needs of clients in a pressure cooker while simultaneously building our business.

 

You are both a doer and a builder. You know how to coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, prioritize project tasks and develop a deep understanding of best practices.

 

You will manage the creation of content and assets for our client's digital shelf with their ecommerce retailers:

  • Partner with copy and design teams to develop best-in-class product detail pages, including imagery, video, A+ content and search optimized copy
  • Work with client marketing, design, and ecommerce teams to tell cohesive brand and product stories that drive conversion
  • Coordinate projects from brief to invoicing, ensuring quality inputs that are on-brief, on-time, and on-budget

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates client-specific projects throughout the digital lifecycle, including estimate creation, selection/assignment of resources, monitoring of project progress and generation of the client/project invoice.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce desired tangible outcomes within tight timeframes
  • Takes initiative and brings impeccable follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing demands in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Efficiently manage a workload of daily deliverables across multiple projects meeting accuracy, efficiency, quality control and brand standards.
  • Ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Follows established practices and procedures to resolve routine problems
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years of previous project management experience, agency experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with eCommerce or digital content preferred (including SEO/copy, social, etc)
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • Strong ability to work closely with clients and manage relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize work appropriately and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills; detail oriented.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook and internet applications.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
