Anthem New York is looking for a Client Onsite Senior Account Manager to drive innovation, new pack types and product optimization for our client, KIND, in Midtown, NY. You will join a newly formed group that will be the backbone of  KIND's commercialization efforts.   • Scoping, planning and managing multiple projects: setting goals and objectives, creating project plans, determining resources and budgets, identifying risks, developing contingency plans, creating a change management plan and setting KPI’s? 
  • Executing with excellence: managing accurate project timelines, ensuring clarity of responsibilities across owners / contributors, anticipating risks, identifying mitigation approaches, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget all while managing stakeholders/communication? 
  • Leading and organizing cross-functional teams to ensure resolution of complex issues effectively? Developing a deep understanding of KIND’s innovation, operational and commercial activities to be a subject matter expert to push the thinking (vs. just pushing a timeline)? 
  • Having a clear understanding of the business case (e.g., consumer insights, financials, marketing business case, operations & supply chain impact) to be a thought partner with cross functional team members? 
  • Applying (and sharing with team members) project management best practices that have driven your success? 
  • Helping to refine KIND's commercialization process to drive value, speed and quality (cost effectively)? 
  • Proven skills and results in Account and Project Management 
  • Strong people skills with a proven track record of driving change, ability to influence, facilitate groups with diverse perspectives and bring teams to consensus / alignment 
  • Strong organization skills, especially managing complex projects 
  • Solid written and oral communication skills (e.g., clear and compelling “story”, with accurate insights and a well thought out recommendation) 
  • Excellent problem solving in both ambiguous and tactical situations and a bias for action (i.e., you ask “how can we?” vs “can we?”) 
  • Experience managing cross functional teams with limited resources in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders  
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to manage projects in a dynamic environment and comfort working in ambiguity 
  • Entrepreneurial and creative solution orientated mindset, with the ability to ‘think like as an owner’, be flexible 
  • Forward thinking to look around the corner and see what is coming 
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence, high quality standards, and attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet), Excel and PowerPoint 
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in program and project management 
  • Consumer Packaged Goods experience strongly preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree; Masters or MBA a plus 
  • Certification in Project Management a plus 
  • Deep knowledge of how CPG (food) companies and large retailers operate 
  • Experience in IBP (integrated business planning) 
  • Track record of successfully executing program and project management using a stage gate process
