POSITION SUMMARY
This internship provides an opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of various client services functions. The intern is responsible for completing a variety of projects. They will gain knowledge of and interact with the operations team and other business professionals throughout the internship.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for project management.
- Coordinates client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including estimate creation, selection of appropriate projects and sub-projects, assignment of resources, monitoring project progress, and generation of the client/project invoice.
- Handles the preparation of documented work orders.
- Ensures accurate and timely invoices are generated by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence, including change orders and rework, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensures all client services duties are provided in a quality manner, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and accuracy at all times.
- Works with and supports the client services department, providing assistance with special projects as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Management, Communication, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in the English language both spoken and written.
- Mature, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
