POSITION SUMMARY

The Analyst – Treasury serves as a key linkage between balance sheet net interest income projections, balance sheet risk management, and strategic analysis and initiatives. This position requires both strong balance sheet banking knowledge and well developed quantitative modeling skills. 
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Assists Treasurer in managing overall enterprise cash and liquidity position of business.
•    Manages daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual cash projection.
•    Manages daily funds flow (inbound and outbound wire transfers, account transfers, etc.).
•    Manages all loan compliance and reporting for the business.
•    Compiles monthly and quarterly reports.
•    Ensures compliance for all non-financial covenants.
•    Assists Treasurer in financial forecasting and projections.
•    Develops and maintains complex quantitative models for loan origination and compliance.
•    Additional duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
•    0-2 years of previous treasury analysis experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
•    High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
•    Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
•    Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
•    Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
•    Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
•    Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
•    Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
•    Ability to work overtime as necessary.
