The Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting a blended portfolio of printing products, software, and related inks for marking on manufactured products. Support strategic planning through tactical activities and contributes to product strategies to grow consumer and customer demand, market share, sales and profitability. Interacts with customers and potential buyers, spending time in the market to consolidate market needs with company vision into plans for product development and delivery. Works in tight alignment with business development, product marketing and product support functions to maximize depth of market understanding and effectiveness of product strategy and execution across the organization.

Temporary Position


•    Gathers market insights through market, competitive and customer research. 
•    Supports the team in developing target market segments and personas. Identifies and fully understands market/technical applications and develops use cases.
•    Assists with developing technical requirements and participates in feature prioritization and defect/enhancement triage.
•    Works with compliance and quality departments to understand and plan for regulatory requirements.
•    Participates in product launch planning and execution of pre-and post-launch activities.
•    Collect and monitors financial and market performance of product line(s), including unit and revenue forecasting and performance analysis.
•    Ensures consistency of product catalog, pricing, and availability
•    Provides subject matter expertise across the organization for target market intelligence and product applications. 
•    Additional duties as assigned. 


•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
•    3+ years in a professional role selling, supporting, servicing or marketing technical products; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•    High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. 
•    Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
•    Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
•    Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
•    Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
•    Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
•    Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting


•    Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.  
•    Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. 
•    The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.
