The Head of Digital, NA will be the primary business partner and subject matter expert for digital experiences, content, and solutions across the North America region. Working primarily with the Brand Experience business at SGK, this role will assess existing digital capabilities, identify market opportunities, and organize our approach to an integrated digital business, successfully blending digital and physical touch points to create world class experiences that bring brands and consumers closer together.


  • Evaluate existing capabilities across the region and develop a market winning approach to the digital business. 
  • Identify gaps in capabilities and approach, and recommend partners, vendors, hires, and acquisition targets to successfully build out the digital offering.
  • Author an approach to the digital business that successfully overlaps digital and physical touch points to create more connected consumer experiences.
  • Usher in data driven digital solutions, developing expertise in leveraging key insights to drive digital campaign content.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the digital business, partnering with existing workstream leads, client service teams, creative teams, and business development to provide market leading solutions to new and existing brand clients.
  • Recommend solutions and the creative approach to digital opportunities across a broad range of clients and touch points.
  • Represent thought leadership in the digital space, keeping on top of trends and evolving technology to represent the organization both internally and externally.
  • Act as the primary representative of the SGK North America business to the global digital transformation team, partnering with digital leads, technology teams, and business leaders to shape the future of the digital business.
  • Work directly with business leadership to impact the business and inspire growth from a digital perspective.
  • Contribute to the culture of the business through engaged, people-centric leadership and a passion for delivering great experiences to one another, our clients, and their consumers.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentor, coach, train and develop your team.
  • Additional duties as assigned. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Marketing or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
  • 10+ years progressive digital strategy, creative, marketing, and content creation experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • In depth knowledge of current digital channels including web, UX/UI design, AR/VR, SEO strategy, social platforms, e-commerce, digital media planning, influencer programs, social media concepts, email marketing/CRM, video/animation, and connected experiences.
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • Strong understanding of digital market, trends, and competition across North America.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to, partner with, and engage brand clients as a subject matter expert.
  • Experience growing a business offering in the brand space (either internally or externally).
  • Collaborative, action-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
