We are currently seeking a talented, ambitious, and innovative Senior Designer to join our creative team in Portland, OR.  As a Senior Designer you will be asked to concept + design brand campaigns and experiences, closely collaborate with Art + Creative Directors, and lead projects through completion. This role understands the brands we work with, their consumers, and their needs from a creative and marketing standpoint.


  • Working on design projects from concept phase through successful completion?
  • Integrating images, text, motion, etc. with a great sense of aesthetics, while executing against the brand/product vision or brief?
  • Being a team player and dealing with cross-functional disciplines?
  • Digesting feedback and turning it into deliverables?
  • Creating presentations, mood boards, and proposals based upon project scope?
  • Presenting your concepts clearly and concisely to both internal teams and clients?
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Working with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful designers and ensuring client deliverables are met and exceeded?

  • You participate in and offer input during brainstorming sessions and client briefs to understand requirements and concepts.
  • You present ideas, research, and trends during creative meetings with both internal teams and external clients.
  • You translate emerging concepts into actual working designs.
  • You integrate physical space, CMF, brand language, and emerging technologies with a great sense of aesthetics, while executing against the brand/product vision or brief.
  • You act as a liaison with our production department to ensure end results meet design concept expectations.
  • You support all areas of design from initial ideation to completion.
  • Ensuring projects are on track to be completed on time and within budget.
  • Conducting market research to stay up to date on market trends and new design developments.
  • Advising Designers and Jr Designers throughout project deliverables.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Design, Advertising, Marketing, Branding, or related field
  • 6+ years of previous design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required
  • Proficient with design software, have a professional design portfolio included in your application
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting


  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.  
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
