Oversees all production and project coordination teams within a cell or location. Manages one or more Supervisors/Managers and/or a team of individual contributors. Leads cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and improve procedures and/or processes, in alignment with established standards, to ensure the delivery of high-quality Production Center services and solutions to clients, and the achievement of financial targets.


•    Counsels, leads, manages and develops production managers for optimum performance 
•    Develop and manages an operating plan to support the organization’s short- and long-term goals and holistic view of the business
•    Executes company objectives and target goals to production center managers, ensure they are being carried out by production center staff. 
•    Leads the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of production, and implement improvement in production techniques, to better serve clients and achieve financial targets
•    Ensure all standardized programs are fully implemented at the production center. 
•    Review summarizes and analysis of production data and assist in the overseeing of financial performance of the production center by monitoring, budgeting and controlling cost. 
•    Develop strong and effective internal partnerships with Brand Development and Brand Deployment teams, to ensure client needs are met and projects stay within scope, budget, timeline, quality and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•    Partners with Client Integration and Client Growth to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
•    Work closely with project team, and client contacts as needed, to ensure Production deliverable follow project specifications and meet client needs. 
•    Focuses own and the team’s effort on achieving SMART objectives aligned to the Company’s Strategic Imperatives, acknowledges employees’ efforts and rewards results. 
•    Attends any client meeting (eg. Pre-production) and / or interact with clients directly as necessary.
•    Drives change, demonstrates adaptability and fosters an environment that encourages open mindedness and flexibility in the face of ambiguity and change. 
•    Maintain a good understanding of market and competitors’ graphic art identity for assigned clients and communicates to / shares with project team.  
•    Serve as a coach and mentor, provides coaching and feedback on specific skills development and encourages employees to pursue upward and lateral growth opportunities to enhance expertise and drive career development. 
•    Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by Leadership Team.


•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

•    Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
•    10+ years progressive production experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
•    5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
•    Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
•    High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
•    Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
•    Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
•    Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
•    Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
•    Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
•    Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting


•    Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.  
•    Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
