We are currently seeking talented Sr. Quality Control Operators – Digital Art to join our Flex Force Team to service our clients’ needs across the United States. The ideal candidate will be eager and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished. The Sr. Quality Control Operator ensures agreed-upon quality standards are met in final layouts for basic to intermediate production assignments. This position executes digital and analog techniques to confirm the final product meets project standards and complies with technical specifications.


We operate 24/7 and are seeking to fill both day and night positions with flexible start times and days of the week. You'll get the opportunity to work on different projects for some of the world's biggest brands.

  • Ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate level artwork, effectively using industry-standard software, tools, and prepress and print techniques
  • Monitoring quality on the production floor and resolving conflicts/issues to keep projects on track
  • Meeting quality standards for all assigned deliverables and makes recommendations to management for improvements in reports, tools, processes, and assigned tasks
  • Working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment


  • Connecting consumer experiences with brands to drive engagement and action
  • Creating comprehensive brand identities, meaningful brand stories, and engaging brand experiences
  • Helping brands and retailers creatively, efficiently, and cost-effectively develop relevant messages

Performs assigned tasks within the overall production workflow and assigned budget, according to work order specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), company standards, and the client’s brand guidelines and standards. 
Ensuring the client project team has the most current information about the status of the assigned project(s) by logging and maintaining in the project tracking system accurate records of the project plan, time dedicated toward a specific project, and any quality issues. 
Meeting quality standards for all assigned deliverables and makes recommendations to management for improvements in reports, tools, processes, and assigned tasks.
