POSITION SUMMARY
We are recruiting for an Account Manager and a Senior Account Manager to join our SGK Graphics team in Witham.
SGK Graphics (formerly IDL Colourlink) are a key supplier to some of the High Street’s biggest and most respected brands. We are looking for an account manager to work on key accounts.
This role ensures the efficient coordination of print and display projects from estimation to completion, and partners with the broader project team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget. The Account Manager utilises an understanding of the Company's production capabilities and retail market to identify opportunities to offer additional solutions to meet the needs of existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous account management experience in a large format print, Brand Experience, or similar environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Builds new relationships and nurtures existing relationships with external clients.
• Supports the Company’s profitability efforts by managing efficient, accurate, and timely coordination of the assigned project activities.
• Serves as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for clients
• Liase with suppliers, external partners, and the internal team
• Explore opportunities to grow the business with clients handled
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
