Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Regional QHSE Coordinator for our Southern region. This role will support our Witham and London sites and can be worked on a hybrid basis. 

Job Responsibilities

  • To be a key member of the Regional QHSE team
  • To collate Quality metrics data and make available to management as required
  • To carry out complaint/incident investigations –RCA/ 5Y
  • To provide coordination of QMS System (maintain and update as appropriate)
  • Document control, procedure updates and issue 
  • ISO Audit preparation, documentation checks (SGK Witham, London & IDL)
  • COSHH/Risk assessment, support for site EHS arrangements (SGK Witham, London and IDL)
  • Calibration schedule for studio process equipment 
  • Devise the schedule and allocate or complete Internal Audits for all ISO standards or internal processes as applicable (9001:2015, 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)
  • Administrate CAPA activities (follow up and maintain the CAPA register and process) 
  • Lead & Support Q-HSE reviews and drive improvement actions
  • Conduct Q-HSE training as required 


  • Quality Management systems – procedural framework 
  • Quality background with experience of working with ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 preferred) or similar
  • Continuous Improvement culture with problem solving / Ishikawa / RCA / DMAIC skills 
  • Understanding of a document control framework 
  • Experience as an internal auditor 
  • IT / PC literate and Tech savvy 
  • Proactive and approachable, team-minded self-starter – working alone at times 
  • Able to deputise in the absence of the QA Manager (decision maker) 
  • Be flexible in their approach to work 
  • Presentation skills 
  • Customer facing (as requested)

Travel Requirements

International: Infrequent
Commuting required from base site to other regional SGK sites as required.
This may incur overnight stays
