We are recruiting for a Client Coordinator to join our Nestle team in York. 


You will be responsible for ensuring all client services duties are provided in a quality manner, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and accuracy at all times. You will also follow through to ensure that satisfactory resolution is accomplished when resolving and problem-solving client issues as they are received.


You will be required to manage projects through each step of the packaging graphics supply chain, from design through print production. Working directly with the client as well as SGK colleagues and other external stakeholders and partners. The successful candidate must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to manage complex packaging projects to successful completion. 

  • Facilitates new client kick-off meetings and existing client meetings.
  • Develops and documents functional requirements for new clients.
  • Develops training materials for new and existing clients.
  • Analyzes any new or revised client requirements to ensure accuracy.
  • Makes decisions regarding the resolution of eligibility, accumulator and claims extract file issues.
  • Makes decisions regarding the resolution of member issues and non-escalated client issues.
  • Facilitates the process for new benefit changes on behalf of client and provides direction on how those changes need to be implemented.
  • Builds, supports and maintains client portal and CRM application.
  • Prepares for and participates in open enrollment meetings for new and existing clients.
  • Generates reports for clients.
  • Implements internal department and corporate projects.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
•    Previous project coordination within a graphics manufacturing environment experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
•    Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
•    Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
•    Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
•    Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
•    Ability to work overtime as necessary
