POSITION SUMMARY
We are recruiting for an Artwork Coordinator to work on-site within our Client’s retail business. They will be responsible for the coordination of artwork projects from start to finish for complex packaging artworks. This role partners with the broader project team to ensure deliverables are completed in an efficient manner on time and to budget. The Account Coordinator establishes and maintains relationships with client contacts as appropriate, while building an understanding of the Company's and the client's industry, business, and products.
This role is hybrid, with at least one working day in the Client’s office per week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the main day-to-day contact on all artwork elements of current projects for client including liaising with suppliers, external partners, and the Studio Team and provides
- Responsible for adding all projects to the client’s artwork system, MyArtwork following design briefing with the studio
- Responsible for adding artwork amend projects to MyArtwork outside of project scope
- Responsible for managing critical paths on MyArtwork by chasing assets and tasks with all stakeholders, including on-pack messaging tasks with Copywriter
- Manage queries from all stakeholders during the graphic approval process in collaboration with Project Manager
- Owns accurate, consistent and up to date information on MyArtwork
- Manages own workload by running daily reports from MyArtwork and communicating all issues to the Project Management Team
- Escalates all critical path issues to Project Manager
- Manages and collates all stakeholders’ comments on the workflow to send concise amendment instructions to the design agency.
- Manages the financial responsibility of post version 2 amendments on MyArtwork.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Previous account/project coordination or marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
• Basic understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, and processes across one or more touchpoints or mediums (e.g. packaging, in-store, online, mobile, print, direct)
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Ability to work overtime as necessary
