Junior Art Director

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented graduate Art Director with a love for design to come work with us on branded design, packaging and innovation projects for major brands.

The successful candidate will be able to bring a range creative idea in response to a variety of briefs with a high standard of finish. They will be expected to have a creative eye, attention to detail, team spirit and an enthusiasm to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The qualified candidate will be encouraged to develop their skills continuously, justify their design decisions, question briefs, and importantly demonstrate a passion for creativity. They will work closely with other members of the design team to produce results which are both engaging and effective.

They display a passion for creative ideas and thinking which drives their ability to solve the challenges set out by the brief with strong rationale. They will continuously strive to ensure the work they produce is the best it can be. They will be comfortable becoming an important part of the agency team and culture.

SKILLS

• Fluent in French and English
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Illustration skills beneficial
• Adaptable across a wide range of projects
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Work well within a team or independently
• Work hard to ensure the standards of great creativity are reached
